摘    要:我国是水土资源严重不足的国家,水土资源的科学管理和合理利用,是社会经济发展最基本的要求。长期以来,在干旱半干旱地区水土资源开发利用过程中存在着水资源开发利用不合理、土地沙漠化、盐碱化等问题,尤其是在水土资源优化配置方面还重视不够,致使有限的水土资源没有发挥最大的效益。本文选择新疆石河子市为研究区,在分析该市水土资源利用现状的基础上,以区域可持续发展为目标,建立并实现了石河子市水土资源优化配置模型,并对该市主要农作物种植结构进行优化,为石河子市水土资源的合理利用提供了科学依据。

Abstract:China is a typical country that meets the serious challenges of land and water resources shortage. It's essential for regional social and economic development and people's living in China to perform scientific management and reasonable utilization of the limited resources. Facing on the land water and resources issues such as unreasonable water resources exploitation, desertification, soil salination, etc., more attention should be paid to land and water resources optimization in China especially in the arid and semi-arid areas. The land and water resources optimization model was developed in the study area, Shihezi City, Xinjiang Autonomous Region, Western China, which can provide the local government with a decision-making base.
