新型工业化道路的工业结构优化升级研究

工业化是一个国家或地区由以农业经济为主向以工业经济为主过渡的现代化进程中不可逾越的发展过程,实际也是工业结构不断优化升级的过程。而走新型工业化道路则必须提高工业结构优化升级的效率,这就要求我们探寻一个适应中国转型发展特点和基本国情的工业结构优化理论框架,建立一条以增强自主创新能力为中心环节的调整优化工业结构的新路径。本文构建了分析的基本逻辑框架,循此框架提出了研究的目标和基本内容,并设计了13个子研究内容。最后,指出了课题研究的重点难点、主要创新及特色之处。

A Study on Optimization and Upgrading of Industrial Structure Based on New Industrialization Way

Industrialization is an indispensable development process to transition from agricultural times to industrial times for a country or region,actually it is also a process in which industrial structure continuously optimizes and upgrades.New Industrialization Way means improving the efficiency of industrial structure's Optimization and Upgrading,which requires us to establish a theoretical framework according to Chinese realities and seek for a new approach focusing on promoting innovation ability to optimize industrial structure.The paper establishes the foundational analytical framework,brings forward the objects and basic contents.Finally,the paper points out the emphases and difficulties,main innovations and features.
