Among the numerous reforms, political reform is an important part, therefore, the paper is based on the value concept of transparen-cy, and discusses the establishment of transparent government by the principle of transparent power distribution and unobstructed power operation, and then, it will sketch out a blueprint for Chi-na＇s political reform.
