论高职顶岗实习学生思想政治教育工作机制的构建

高职学生顶岗实习过程中的思想政治教育是高职院校思想政治工作的重点和难点。把思想政治教育工作贯穿于高职学生顶岗实习的全过程，是加强顶岗实习学生思想政治教育的现实需要，是培养“生产、建设、管理第一线”需要的高技能人才和促进我国高等职业教育可持续发展的必然选择。本文对高职顶岗实习生的科学化、系统化工作机制以及潜在的需求机制原则和各种评估、激励机制进行了阐述。

On the Construction of the Work Mechanism for the Ide-ological and Political Education of Higher Vocational Col-lege Students Engaged in On-post Practice

The ideological and political education of students en-gaged in on-post practice is a key and difficult point of ideologi-cal and political education in higher vocational colleges. To infil-trate ideological and political education into the whole process of higher vocational college students＇ on-post practice is the realis-tic need of enhancing the ideological and political education of students＇ engaged in on-post practice, and the inevitable choice of cultivating highly skilled talents required by the forefront of production, construction and management and promoting the sustainable development of China＇s higher vocational education. This paper elaborated the scientific and systematic work mecha-nism of higher vocational on-post practice,and the potential prin-ciple of demand mechanism, as well as various evaluation and incentive mechanisms.
