| Abstract: | This paper mainly discusses the problems in the culti-vation of trainees engaged in on-post education practice. Starting from their differences with common trainees, and the differences between the cultivation in independent colleges and common normal colleges and universities, it analyzed the limitations of the cultivation of trainees engaged in education practice, and pro-posed corresponding solutions. |
