我国的体育改革到了关键时刻——从体育工作重点转移说起

我国的体育体制改革,现在进入了关键时刻,这就是要把体育工作的重点、主体或主导,从运动竞技转移到增强人民体质上来;这是我国体育跨世纪的战略任务,也是我国体育体制的内部结构和功能的根本变革,它涉及体育观念、组织机构、人际关系、业绩考核等体育整个领域,是一场历史性的大变革,它关系着建设具有中国特色的社会主义体育新体制的成败。

ON THE SHIFT OF THE WORKING FOCUS OF CHINA'S PHYSICAL CULTURE

Nowadays China's reforms in physical cultrure are stepping into a key period when the central task and principal part of our physical culture should be shifted from athletic sports to the improvement of the people's health. It's a crass-century strategic task for us to f undmentally transform the internal structure and functions of our existing sports system. The historical transformation, which covers various aspects of physical culture such as sports ideas, sports organizations, personal relations,assessment of proficiency and so on,deeply concerns the results of the construction of socialist sports system of Chinese features.
