心功能指数评定标准的研究

本课题是经国家体委全国选材中心组专家提议,由湖北省体科所牵头,全国10个省市参加协作研究的简易心功能(即30秒30次蹲起机能试验)评定标准的研究。目的是为运动员科学选材、机能评定、体质评价提供较为可靠的参考资料。在对全国10个省市2223人按统一的测试细则进行测试后,通过数据审核、正态检验、曲线拟合、离差法等数据处理方法,进行统计计算分析,制定出适合我国青少年儿童生长发育规律的评定标准。研究还表明,这种机能试验在1岁生物年龄为界之间及性别间没有显著性差别。是否这种机能试验在负荷强度、时间上均还不够,需要做进一步的研究。

A Study of the Evaluation Criteria for Heart Function Index

This is a study of the evaluation criteria for the simple heart function test(squat and stand up 30 times in 30 seconds).Proposed by the specialists from the National Talent Selection Center under the State Physical Culture and SportsCommission,the study was conducted by Hubei Research Institute of Sports Science in cooperation with 10 provinces andcities.The purpose of the study was to provide comparatively reliable reference material for selecting athletes,evaluatingphysical tunction and appraising physical fitness.According to unified specific testing items,2,223 persons were tested.Through data examination,normalcy test and other methods of data processing,statistical calculation and analysis weremade and the evaluation criteria suitable for the growing law of Chinese youngsters were formulated.The study also showedthat there was no obvious difference among every biological age and between boys and girls in the test.Further study willbe needed to make sure whether the workload may be increased.
