| 摘 要： | 在我国法制的进程中 ,我国的死刑复核程序却很不完善 ,部分死刑复核权却一直还由高级人民法院行使 ,最高人民法院还没有收回的意图 ,为了使人们更进一步了解死刑复核权下放的弊端 ,笔者从不同角度分析了该下放的弊端 ,同时提出了几种解决方法。

| Abstract: | In china's legal systems ,the procedure for ch ec king death penalty has a lot of malpractices. The High People's Courts still hav e the power checking the death penalty, and the Supreme People's court don't hav e the idea taking back the power .In order to make people well understand the ma lpractice putting down the power checking the death penalty, the writer will ana lyze the malpractice from the different angle. At the same time,the writer put f orward a few solution method. |
