| 摘 要： | 联合国销售公约(CISG)与我国《合同法》对货物品质异议期限制度的规定差别很大。CISG对货物不符方面的规定更宽泛,对于买方人的保护范围更广,并且由于出发点不同,导致随后在法条中很多细节不同。两部法律只有通过对比,深入了解对方立法目的及价值取向,从而汲取对方的优点弥补自己的不足,两部法律才会更加完备。

| Abstract: | There exists the objection period of goods between CISG and contract law in China.The provisions of non-conformity in CISG are more specific than the ones in the contract law,and the protection ground of buyer is more extensive.These different starting points lead to the different details between two regulations.Only used as a source of reference with the advantages can make the two laws better. |
