我国机构知识库模式构建与流程设计

本文重点对我国机构知识库建设模式与应用流程进行构建与设计，对建设模式中的建设目标、实施对象、资金来源，软硬件选择、组织方式、管理方式、知识产权、内容收集、服务模式、数字保存等做出详细规划。并以南开大学为例，对我国机构知识库模式应用流程从内容建设流程、数据处理流程、资源共享流程和检索使用流程四部分进行设计分析。

Design of Institutional Repository Model and Application Flow in China

The article mainly designs the model and application flow of institutional repository in China. The paper designs the mode detailedly, including the goal、fund、participator、software selection、organization and management mode、copyright、content collection、service model、digital preservation. Taking Nankai University for example,the paper also designs the application flow, including content constructing、data processing、resource sharing、searching aspects.
