| 摘 要： | "外嫁女"问题是我国农村工业化、城镇化进程中出现的新问题。文章通过对侵害农村"外嫁女"土地承包权益的表现及其成因进行分析,对保护农村"外嫁女"土地承包权益相关立法缺陷提出了相应的完善措施。
