| 摘 要： | 滦河文化作为区域文化,是在长期历史发展中积累、沉淀起来的,它的基本内涵、精神内核、表现形态等,都反映着那个特定历史时期人民群众的生存条件、生存环境、生存方式、生存欲望、生存能力等主观和客观方面的状况和要求。滦河文化在历史文化基础上不断发展,拥有与时俱进的品性,形成了开放兼容的基本特征。研究滦河文化的意义,在于探究滦河流域人民的精神世界,改善和提高他们赖以生存和发展的社会生态环境。

| Abstract: | As the regional culture,Luanhe River culture accumulates itself in its long history and its basic connotations,spiritual kernel and expressive forms reflect the living conditions,environments,forms,desires and abilities of the people during that specific period.The basic features of Luanhe River culture-Keeping Up with the Times-have formed during its development.The study of the real meaning of Luanhe River culture lies in probing into the spiritual world of Luanhe River basin and improving the eco-social environment for their living and development. |
