| 摘 要： | 一个现代化的城市不仅要重视物质建设,更重要的是重视文化建设,才能成为和谐文明的文化名城。为把唐山打造成文化名城,文章从发扬抗震精神,建设文化人才的培养基地,重视本地文化名人的培养和待遇,形成文化精品产出机制,以及提高市民的文化素质五个方面进行分析,给出了具体实施措施。

| Abstract: | A modern city should lay stress on not only material building but also cultural building and only so can it become a harmonious and civilized culturally-famous city.The paper makes a comprehensive analysis from the aspects of carrying on the spirit of fighting against the earthquake,building training base for cultivating cultural talents,stressing the cultivation and treatment of local cultural celebrities,forming the mechanism to produce top-quality cultural work and upgrading the cultural quality of all Tangshan citizens and proposes some concrete measures to build Tangshan into a culturally-famous city. |
