| 摘 要： | 提高农村人口素质是农村人力资源开发与利用的主要内容之一，农村人力资源的整体素质高低，直接影响农村经济的发展、农业产业化和现代化的提高以及农业科技知识的传播与应用。本文以广西平果县为例，分析农村人力资源整体素质对农业科技传播的影响，以及如何提高农村人力资源整体素质水平，以此推进农业科技的传播。

| Abstract: | One of the main contents of developing and exploiting of rural human resources is to improve the quality of rural population. The whole quality of rural human resources can influence the development of rural economy, the improvement of industrialization and modernization of agriculture as well as propagation and apply of agricultural scientific knowledge. Taking Pingguo as an example, this paper analyzes the influence of low-quality rural human resources on propagation of agricultural scientific knowledge. This paper also analyzes how to improve the whole quality of rural human resources so as to push on propagation of agricultural science and technology. |
