| 摘 要： | 研究作为公务员制度核心内容的考试录用制度意义重大。本文分析了现阶段我国公务员考试录用制度在制度准备、技术保障、实践执行三个层面上存在的问题和原因,按观念-制度-操作的逻辑体系提出了完善我国公务员考试录用制度八个方面的创新构想。
