公务员考试录用制度存在的问题分析与创新研究

摘    要:研究作为公务员制度核心内容的考试录用制度意义重大。本文分析了现阶段我国公务员考试录用制度在制度准备、技术保障、实践执行三个层面上存在的问题和原因,按观念-制度-操作的逻辑体系提出了完善我国公务员考试录用制度八个方面的创新构想。

Abstract:It is very important to make a study of the system of the exemination recruitment,which is the core of the civil service system.The paper makes an analysis of the problems and reasons existed in the three levels of system preparation,thechnical support and practice in our present civil service system of the examination recruitment and puts forward 8 innovative ideas to perfect it according to the logical system of concept-system-operation.
