| 摘 要： | 分析了专升本院校教师课堂教学质量测评工作中存在的测评目的不明确、测评组织机构和管理制度不完善、测评过程中缺乏有效的沟通指导工作、测评指标体系不合理、测评人员缺少培训和技术指导、测评结果的原因分析不到位、测评反馈机制不健全等问题,并提出了相应的解决方案。

| Abstract: | The article focuses on some problems lying in the test and appraisal system of upgraded colleges.The main problems are the following:the purpose of test and appraisal is not clear,its organization and management not standard;there lacks effective communication for the instruction of the test and appraisal;index system is not proper;the technological guide and training for the testing staff is not sufficient;the analysis of its result is not thorough,its feedback not sound either.The writer of the article also provides solutions to the above-mentioned problems respectively. |
