| 摘 要： | 深化教育改革,全面推进素质教育已经成为我国高等教育发展的方向.处于特殊地位的高校"两课",应按素质教育的内在要求改进教学.素质教育的整体性,要求"两课"教学应着眼于大学生全面素质的提高,素质教育的挖潜性,要求"两课"教学要强化大学生的自我教育功能,素质教育的实践性,要求"两课"教学要注重知行统一,素质教育的发展性,要求"两课"教学要努力培养大学生的创造能力.

| Abstract: | To deepen the reformation of education and populize the quality education are the developing direction of our higher education. "The Two Class" education, which holds a special position in the higher schools, should develop its teaching according to the inner requirements of the qaulity education. The paper probes into the problem in four aspects of quality education: the unitarity; potential; practicality and developing. |
