| Abstract: | Reversed approach refers to a training technique of throwing javelin in reverse order,which emphasizes the immediate connection between the run-up and the final throw.A comparative experiment between reversed and ordered approaches has been made in the teaching of javelin,which shows that it is a good way to improving the training efficiency. |
