| 摘 要： | 基于工程项目经理岗位职责的要求,结合已有文献建立反映项目经理真实业绩的、定量与定性指标相结合的绩效评价指标体系。依据层次分析法(AHP)与灰色系统理论,提出定性分析与定量分析相结合的工程项目经理绩效多层次灰色评价方法。通过项目经理绩效评价实例说明该评价方法可行,并使项目经理绩效的评价结果更加科学公正,为评价结果的运用奠定良好的基础。 |
