| 摘 要： | 随着我国金融业的对外开放，实现可持续发展是摆在国内商业银行面前的一个重要课题，也是中国商业银行在竞争中完善自我的必然选择。文章立足金融业不断对外开放的国际和国内现实，通过对我国商业银行的经营机制与管理制度的分析，提出了以人为本、民主理行，依法治行、规范建行，知识立行、科技兴行的可持续发展战略与思路。
