| 摘 要： | 研究生教育是我国高等教育的一个重要组成部分。从现实来看,研究生教育收费是非常必要的;从研究生教育的属性、人力资本理论和教育成本分担理论的视角来看,实行研究生教育收费是符合教育发展规律的。在研究生教育收费制度改革过程中,要注重完善相应配套措施并澄清对相关问题的认识。

| Abstract: | Graduate education is an important component of higher education in our country.From the practical point of view,the charge of graduate education is very necessary.From the attribute of graduate education,manpower capital theory and educational cost share theory,implementing graduate tuition charges accords with the rule of educational development.During the reform of graduate tuition charge system,we should pay attention to improving the corresponding supplementary measures and clarifying the understanding of relevant problems. |
