DOI在政府信息公开中的应用初探

在分析当前我国政府网络信息资源公开中所存在问题的基础上，探讨利用DOI对政府信息资源进行标识，进而系统规范政府信息资源登记管理、实现政府信息资源有效定位和整合、完善政府信息公开监督和保障制度，保证政府信息能够全面真实地提供给公民，从而保障公民知情权，真正实现“阳光政府”。

Exploration on the Application of DOI in Freedom of Government Information

This paper analyzes the problems in the freedom of government information, then discusses the use of DOI in the identification of the government information resource.Thus, we can use DOI to systematically standarlize the management of the resource registration for government information, to realize the localization and integration of the resource for government information effectively, to perfect the system of surveillance and safeguards for freedom of government information, and to make sure that the government could provide real and comprehensive information to citizens. So it will protect citizen’s right to know and achieve the real “Sunny GOV”.
