| 摘 要： | 在我国以增加行业集中度和产业竞争力为目标的产业再调整和再升级中,贵州其以丰富的矿产资源、能源资源、旅游资源和生物资源优势成为国内企业扩充资源和承接东部产业转移的主要目标.贵州必须立足于自身资源优势,扬长避短,抢占先机,主动整合,达到增强行业集中度,提升企业核心竞争力的整合目的.

| Abstract: | It is important for Chinese enterprise to amalgamate firstly in domestic market before foreigner' entry.Guizhou Province is an inland province with rich resources,and this make it be the target for domestic amalgamation.This paper analyze the situation and models in Guizhou Province and give some advice.Guizhou Province should issue a series of policy and methods based on it's resources,grasp the opportunity,and make the local enterprise more large and more effective. |
