| 摘 要： | 摘要：儒商精神体现了儒商的基本特色和本质规定，科学地界定儒商精神是准确把握“儒商”概念的前提。文章从归纳学术界关于“儒商精神”的界定入手，在综合考察儒商精神演变的基础上，对儒商精神进行了重新界定，以期进一步深化儒商精神的研究。

| Abstract: | Abstract： Confucian businessmen spirit embodies the basic features and essence of confucian businessman. Scien- tific definition of confucian businessman spirit is the prerequisite to accurately grasp the concept of confucian busi- nessman. This paper summarized the definition of confucian businessmen spirit in academic circles, then on the ba- sis of a comprehensive investigation on the evolution of confucian businessman spirit, it redefined the concept of Confucian businessman spirit in order to further deepen the related research. |
