Research on mechanical engineering talents training mode based on Outstanding Engineers Project

According to the requirements of Outstanding Engineers Project, the universities concerned should be clear about themselves and flexible to develop their own policies and practices of personnel training, and guarantee its implementation and the expected effect. After studying the current situation in our university, the researchers discussed how to produce outstanding engineers in mechanical engineering from training approaches, training standards, training plans, the construction of teachers and training bases and school-enterprise cooperation mechanism. Universities with distinctive industry backgrounds and characteristics should consider their advantages and features and build their training systems consistent with the orientation of Outstanding Engineers Project for the industrial needs.
