A Probe Into Education of Talents of Tourism Specialty in Local Educational Institutions

The core of personnel training of tourism specialty of local educational institutions is the study of personnel - training model. It includes four links: the target of training, the construction of courses, the teachers team and the model of teaching. The target is to train compound talents with speciality, capability and knowledge.
