| 摘 要： | 本文考察了文艺复兴时期佛罗伦萨的嫁妆基金制度。婚姻嫁妆将两个甚至更多原本相互独立的家庭连接起来,融合了政治、经济、法律、文化、风俗习惯等社会因素,在很大程度上影响着女性的命运。以此为契机的嫁妆基金政策,使政府介入到婚嫁事务中来,推动了婚姻市场的繁荣,同时缓解了政府自身的财政压力。

| Abstract: | The purpose of this paper is to review the process and function of Dowry fund system in Renaissance Florence.Dowry in marriage connects two even more independent families.It associated with some social factors,including politics,economy,law,culture,traditional customs and so on.These factors influenced to a large extent women's destiny.Take this as Dowry fund policy of chance,the government get involved to the marriage business.The policy impelled the marital market prosperity and alleviated the government own finance pressure. |
