The Internationalization of Higher Education Certification--A New Vision about the Academic Standardization, Specialties Conformity, Quality Assurance and System Innovation

This paper discusses the great significance of higher education internalization in academic standardization, specialties conformity , quality assurance and system innovation, and then states the content, necessity and measures of international certification in the above fields. It also points out that we should use the comparative method to analyze international certification and domestic evaluation system. Finally it puts forward an idea about constructing an international certification system.
