| 摘 要： | 教学领域长期存在三大文化错位现象,在价值维度上表现为教的价值代替学的价值,在时间维度上表现为教授时间僭越学习时间,在空间维度上表现为教师教学遮蔽教师学习。深入剖析其成因,有助于教师启动深层的文化自觉,进而推进教学文化的优化与创新,促进教学活动的发展与完善。
