泛素-蛋白酶体系统的结构、作用和调控机制

摘    要:应激是指机体对外界或内部的各种刺激所产生的非特异性应答反应。泛素通过泛素-蛋白酶体途径在应激蛋白的降解过程中发挥重要作用,从而使生物体适应各种胁迫并对之产生抗性。对泛素-蛋白酶体系统作用机理及其基因分子结构的阐明,将有助于途径特异性位点抑制剂的设计,本文介绍了泛素-蛋白酶体系统的组成结构、作用机理和调控机制。

Abstract:Stress was the nonspecial response of the organisms against the stimulation from the outside or inside of it.Ubiquitin played a vital role in the degrading of injured proteins through ubiquitin-proteasome system.In addition,organisms could adapt and become resistant to future heat stress.Illustrating the mechanism and the molecular structure of the ubiquitin-proteasome system would benefit rational molecular design of new specific-site-inhibitors.This paper introduced the structure,effect and regulation of the ubiquitin-proteasome system.
