技术能被人控制吗?——关于技术可控性问题之哲学认识层面的考察

文章以哲学认识层面的内容为考察的重点,从技术可控性问题值得研究这一思想入手,首先考察了技术控制主义在技术哲学中的地位问题;其次,考察了对技术控制的必要性,认为需要对技术进行控制已经成为人们的共识。接着考察了技术能否被控制的问题以及技术是否具有可控性的问题。在该问题的认识上存在分歧,有的认为技术是不受人控制的;有的认为技术能被控制;有的认为人被技术控制;有的认为技术在一定程度上既能被控制,又不能被控制。

Can technology be controlled -- A kind of investigation on the aspect of philosophical cognition about the technical controllability

The investigated keystone of this article is philosophical cognition.It starts from the ideal that the technological controllability question is worthy of studying.Firstly,have investigated the question of technological controllism in philosophy of technology;Secondly,have investigated the question that technology needs to be controlled.Then,has investigated the question of whether technology could be controlled and technological controllability.There is difference in the understanding of this question.Someone thinks that mankind is unable to control the development of technology.Someone thinks that people can control technology.Someone thinks people are controlled by technology.Someone does not think technology can be controlled,but also can be controlled to a certain extent.
