铁路与公路交叉口护栏自动控制系统设计

摘    要:根据铁路与公路交叉口处行车的需要,设计了一套护栏自动控制系统。系统主要由PLC、三相异步电动机、振动传感器等组成,分为手动和自动控制两种方式。采用梯形图语言完成对现场的控制,使用MCGS监控组态软件设计人机界面,经调试,系统运行正常,能够实现预期的设计目标。

Abstract:According to the driving need of railway and highway intersection,this paper presents automatic control system of guardrails.This system is mainly composed of PLC,three phase asynchronous motor and vibration sensor composition,and it is divided into manual control mode and automatic control mode.The ladder diagram language complete system to realize the scene control is used.This system also uses the MCGS monitoring configuration software interface.Being testified,the system works well and can achieve the expected goal of design.
