数字图书馆市场结构的演化机制研究

目前,数字图书馆市场存在一定程度的规模经济,因此不会出现很多服务商。由于目前我国数字图书馆市场不会出现强力垄断局面,在弱小垄断的假设下,必将出现寡头垄断的市场结构。如果由每个服务商独自承担开发成本,不仅浪费资源,也会导致服务商数量的下降。而由政府提供统一平台,由服务商分担开发成本,则服务商数量将大大增加,同时社会总福利也会相应地增加,从而使数字图书馆市场结构有所改善。

At present,a certain degree of scale economy causes that the number of service providers will not be large in the digital library market.Because the strong monopoly can not exit and the weak monopoly is bound,it is inevitable that the market structure will be oligopoly.If each service provider solely pays development costs,there will be a waste of resources,and will lead to the decline in the number of service providers.If the government provide a unified platform and service providers share development costs,the number of service providers and the total social welfare will greatly increase,so that the market structure of digital libraries could be improved.
