粉料颗粒级配对煤矸石烧结砖性能的影响

摘    要:分析了采用煤矸石制备烧结普通砖时粉料颗粒级配对样品性能的影响。测试结果表明:细颗粒比例的增大有助于提高制品的抗折和抗压强度,而吸水率则随细颗粒比例的增大呈降低趋势。样品的最佳颗粒级配为0.45~0.80mm占30%,0.30~0.45mm占14%,0.20~0.30mm占32%,0.20mm以下占24%。

Abstract:Grain size distribution was introduced into the research of coal gangue fired brick properties.SrTiO3 thin film was successfully prepared on glass wafers with self-assembled monolayers technique.Bending strength and compressive strength indicated that the strength of the samples was enhanced by increasing the ratio of fine grains.Water absorption of the samples was decreased with the increasing of fine grains ratio.The optimum grain size distribution was 0.45~0.80mm(30%),0.30~0.45mm(14%),0.20~0.30mm(32%),less than 0.20mm(24%).
