张嗣昌于雍正十年莅台,三年后离任,他在台湾颇有治绩,但学界目前尚无人对其进行系统研究。文章从处理"大甲西社番乱"善后、教育、行政、经济四个方面,对张嗣昌具体的施政做出论述,以就教于方家。

On the Thoughts of Governing Taiwan by Zhang Si-chang-- A Case Study of Records When Touring in Taiwan

Zhang Si-chang went to Taiwan to be the governor in the tenth year of Emperor Yongzheng’s period.Three years later,he left his post.Zhang Si-chang had very good governance when he was in Taiwan but there is no systematic research on it in academic circles.In this paper,from the four aspects of rehabilitation,education,administration and economy after the "Dajiaxishe Rebellion",the concrete administration by Zhang Si-chang will be discussed so as to consult the other experts.
