| 摘 要： | 随着社会发展多样化趋势愈发明显，高校思想教育的挑战日益增强。科学的教学法是思想教育实效性的重要保障。隐性思想教育契合了大学生的思想和心理发展特点，有助于实现思想教育过程的全覆盖。中医院校具有丰富的中医药文化资源，具有开展隐性教育的天然优势，也是提高思想教育效果的必然选择。

| Abstract: | With the society becoming increasingly diversified, challenges of Ideological Education in colleges and universities are also growing. The scientific teaching method is the guarantee for the effectiveness of Ideological Education. The implicit ideological education meets the mental and psychological features of college students and contributes to the achievement of the full coverage of the ideological education process. Colleges and universities of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） possess an abundance of TCM culture resources and the natural advantage to ap- ply implicit education, thus becoming the inevitable choice to imorove the effect of ideological education. |
