| 摘 要： | 该文阐释了何谓创新券通用通兑，对长三角创新券通用通兑现状及存在问题进行了梳理，结合三省一市创新券推广应用实际情况，从加强顶层设计、探索分类通用通兑、探索标准化管理、探索试点范围先行先试等方面提出对策建议，并进一步探讨了大仪开放共享为试点的创新券通用通兑标准化流程。

Cooperative Promotion Mechanism and Development Countermeasures of Cross-regional Exchange of Innovation Vouchers in Yangtze River Delta Region |

| Abstract: | This article explains what is Cross-regional Exchange of Innovation Vouchers,sorts out the current status and existing problemsof Cross-regional Exchange of Innovation Vouchers in Yangtze River Delta Region, combined with the actual situation of the promotion and application of innovative vouchers in three provinces and one city, proposes countermeasures and suggestions from strengthening top-level design, exploring classified cross-regional exchanges, exploring standardization management, and exploring the scope of pilots trial first.And further discussed the standardized process of Cross-regional Exchange of Innovation Vouchers with large-scare instruments and equipment open sharing as the pilot. |
