| 摘 要： | 通过问卷调查法调查了我国69位甲级队排球教练员的人格特质，应用卡特尔16Pf问卷进行因素分析来构建人格五因素结构，并与国外的人格五因素模型相对比，为人格五因素的理论构建和应用推广奠定基础． |

| Abstract: | According to the investigation of personality traits of being qualified for the 69 division coaches of our country, use Cattle 16PF quentionnaire to analyze Five-Factor Model, and compare with the foreign Five-Factor Model. The result is the basis for build up and use theory of the personality Five-Factor Model. |
