| Abstract: | A novel method of calculating the fluid substance number is introduced, and C/F converterand frequency-division are used to detect the value of the capacitance of thd fluid substance, the linear function of the capacitance and thd fluid substance number are made out on a lot of data( using the methof of LMS). |
