| Abstract: | The theory of "ascending oil surface method" and its application are discussed through the oil surface ascending mechanism inside the U-shaped left-bending tube placed in the nonuniform electric field. The dielectric constant of transformer oil(25) is measured by means of the electrostatic generator and optiminimeasuring technique. |
