| 摘 要： | 新世纪，新疆为推动经济的发展，提出了大力发展天山北坡经济带的战略。而经济带的发展必须以城市带为载体，二者是相辅相成关系。文章从构建城市带的意义入手，对城市带建立中存在的问题以及思路做了阐述。

| Abstract: | In the new century, Xinjiang has developed the strategy for constructing the economic belt along the northern Tianshan Slope and the author believes a city belt should be the carrier of this economic belt. The paper discusses the significance of constructing the city belt and the problems in doing so and proposes some thinking on it. |
