Innovation Study of Ideo-Political Work for State-Owned Enterprises Based on People-Oriented Idea

In the new era, as great changes have taken place in the social environment and management environment for state-owned enterprises, it is apparent that employees are increasingly getting various views and values. In the ideological and political work, the enterprises should act actively to get the main points, make innovation on notions, mechanism, details, approaches as well as carriers, and positively promote the innovation of the Party building in enterprises, so that the enterprises can really work practically and effectively.
