基于Pro/E的公交车门运动仿真

摘    要:使用Pro/E软件建立了公交车门的三维仿真模型,并设定两种速度模式,分别对车门的开-关运动进行了仿真。仿真结果表明:在第一种速度模式下,t=0.5s,4s,5s,8.5s时,公交车门在运动过程中存在着抖动的现象;在第二种运动模式下,公交车门运动较平稳,没有出现抖动。基于Pro/E的公交车门运动仿真,对优化公交车门的结构及运动设计具有一定的指导意义。

Abstract:The simulation model of the bus door is established using the Pro/E software. Two kinds of speed patterns are selected to simulate the open and close motion of the bus door. The simulation results show that the chattering phenomenon occurs at t =0.5s, 4s, 5s, 8.5s under the first speed pattern, respectively. Under the second speed pattern, the bus door moves smoothly, and no chattering phenomenon occurs. The motion simulation of the bus door is useful to optimize the designing of structure and motion for bus door.
