| 摘 要： | 社会公正日益成为人们关注的焦点。社会公正是社会基本制度的公正 ,是一种制度善 ,它优先于个人公正或个体善。社会公正的基本内容是社会基本权利和义务的合理分配。权利和义务的对等是社会公正的根本要求。

| Abstract: | Social justice,which people are increasingly attach importance to,is the justice of major social institution and is a kind of goodness of the institution,It takes precedence over individual justice or goodness.The primary subject of social justice deals with the rational distribution of social rights and duties. The equality of rights and duties meets the fundamental requirements of social justice. |
