| 摘 要： | 丝杠其主要功能是将旋转运动转换成直线运动,将扭矩转换成往复轴向作用力。在车床上主轴一转,由丝杠直接带动刀架保持准确的运动关系,车床上将这种运动关系叫车螺纹传动链,这是一条内传动链。丝杠作为机床传动链一个重要的传动部件,其自身的制造精度的高低直接影响着被加工件的精度。所以在机床上梯形丝杠累积误差这个难攻克的加工课题,成为丝杠加工厂家关注的焦点。
