优化继续教育课程设计的实践与探讨

摘    要:继续教育课程内容的选择是教师继续教育课程编制的核心任务之一。课程内容的选择必须考虑教师继续教育的职后特性和教师的成人特性,使课程内容既呈现开放性的生成,又考虑教师个体的需求;既要面向发展的需要,又要从现实出发;体现出实用性与人文性相结合,广泛性与选择性相结合,优化组合继续教育课程的实用性设计。

Abstract:The choice of curriculum contents is one of the key tasks for compiling teachers’ continu-ous education training materials.The curriculum contents must take many factors into consideration,in-cluding on-the-job needs of teachers and their individual needs.Therefore,the contents should be both targeted at guiding teachers’ professional development and meeting teachers’ present needs.The article introduces some practical experience in optimizing teachers’ continuous education curriculum contents characterized by the combination of practicality and humane care,by the combination of wide scope and focus.
