| 摘 要： | 森林既是林业可持续发展的基础,也是一个国家经济、生态和社会可持续发展的重要物质条件。在解决人类面临的环境和经济问题如森林覆盖减少,物种灭绝加速,全球气候变暖,化石能源枯竭等中扮演着重要的角色。近年来,面对生态环境的急剧恶化,森林可持续经营、生物多样性保护、造林再造林碳汇项目和林木生物质能源开发等是世界林业的热点问题。
