| 摘 要： | 纽伦堡——埃尔兰根孔子学院在组织形式、管理模式、课程设置、文化推广等方面具有鲜明的特点。学院在初创阶段遇到了一些问题，另外，在课程设置、教师队伍建设等方面也有自己的特点，我们相信，只要摸准并满足当地汉语学习者的需要，开设具有特色的课程，孔子学院必将吸引大量的汉语学习者来孔子学院学习，使汉语和中国文化在当地得到广泛推广。
