| 摘 要： | 当前,我国高校研究生教育的学科环境发生了重大变化:研究生教育的二级学科(专业)设置权从政府下放到高校,学科平台从二级学科上升为一级学科。为适应研究生教育学科环境的变化,高校必须要改造过去建立在二级学科基础上的研究生教育教学体系,为此必须要:以一级学科为基础,建立新的研究生教育人才培养体制;以自主设置二级学科为契机,积极创新研究生教育专业设置;适应学科环境变化,大力改革研究生教育管理模式。

| Abstract: | There has been a great change in the environment of graduate education lately.The right of opening the second-level discipline in colleges or universities has been decentralized from governments to Colleges and Universities,and platform of graduate education has been elevated to the first-level discipline.So Colleges and Universities should reform system of graduate education based on the second-level discipline: to set up new system of graduate education on the first-level discipline,renovate the lay-out of majors of graduate education,and reform management model of graduate education. |
