| 摘 要： | 产业结构调整引发新一轮专业结构调整。高职教育专业转型和结构优化，要以产业发展为导向，在宏观层面构建区域产业与高职教育专业“双向对接”的协调机制．在微观层面构建校企“互动对接”的激励机制，促使专业比例、数量规模、区域布局的合理化，以及技能等级高级化和综合素质提升，不断满足产业结构调整对技能型人才的需要。

| Abstract: | Industry adjustment has given rise to fresh restructuring of majors in higher education.The optimization and transformation of vocational majors should be guided by industry development,constructing on the macro level a mechanism where the regional industries and the majors in vocational education are aptly integrated and on the micro level,an incentive mechanism which will enhance the college-enterprise cooperation.Such mechanisms will certainly lend themselves to the development of the regional economy. |
